When the Swiss dada movement hit Japanese’s cultural avant-garde in the early Twenties
For more than 10 years Tomomi Adachi, composer and vocal performer, has been researching the history of Japanese dadaism. In a musical lecture performance he explores original dadaist poetry, texts and manifestos together with cellist Audrey Chen and twenty members of the amateur choir of the German Institute for Literature, Leipzig.
Tomomi Adachi is a vocal performer, composer and relentless enthusiast for Japanese dadaism.
Audrey Chen is a cellist and vocal improviser. Recently she has worked with Phil Minton, Maria Chavez and concept artist John Bock.
